At Construct Melbourne, our superior build methodology and experience means your project runs seamlessly, guaranteeing industry-leading timeframes and minimising disruption to your family. We’ll save you valuable time, money and the stress of the building process.
Step 1. Initial Concept Design
Design consultation with Builder and Architect, and schematic designs are developed by the Architect. Throughout this process, you’ll be supported by Construct Melbourne, with feedback and suggestions on your plan from a professional and practical Builder’s perspective.
Step 2. Design Development
Architectural drawings and structural design are developed, ready for construction, including completion of specialist reports and surveys required for the Building Permit.
Step 3. Planning and Permits
Construct Melbourne will manage the preparation and submission of all documentation to the Building Surveyor, as well as ongoing correspondence.
Step 4. Interior Design and Stage Selections
Full access is given to our online Project Management System for the completion of all selections. You will also meet with our design and colour consultant, as well as exclusive showroom consultations with our preferred trades and suppliers.
Step 5. Construction
Our customer-centric approach means we will be transparent in our progress at every step of the build process.
